Are You Always So Happy?

My friend, Cheryl, often ask me: "Are you always so happy?"

So here's how you can be happy:

1) Know that you deserve to be happy!

2) Appreciate small things in life eg. If you missed a bus, smile, cos the next one might have empty seats for your tired legs.

3) Feel positive. It's okay to indulge in self-pity once in awhile, but look around you, someone else might be facing something worst then you.

4) Enjoy the company of your friends and family and cherish every moment of it.

That's it! Being happy is easy, just practice those 4 steps! ♥
